Having grown up in Indianapolis, Ben studied Business at the University of Indiana (go, Hoosiers!). He then moved to Chicago, lured by the professional opportunities and vast array of cultural experiences of this Midwestern metropolis. In his free time, Ben plays tennis, guitar, drums, and banjo. He is assistant to the treasurer of the North Dearborn Association. Longtime member of the Midtown Tennis/Athletic Club and the Old Town School of Folk Music. Also, member in good standing of the Clean Plate Club.  

 

Ben also has a sweet spot for pugs and has owned one most of his adult life. Since 1994, Ben has hosted a large bi-annual “Pug Party,” attended by over 1500 humans and 500 pugs, many in costume. (Information can be found at www.pugparty.com. Pug ownership is not required to attend.)
